So, I just got back from hiking, eight days on the trail. It was amazing beautiful and everything I'd hoped it would be, but more on that in a moment. Of course we know nothing about the world here in the USA. The only things on the news now are 1) that a Pakistani terrorist, (a US citizen) attempted to blow up a car in Times Square last week. He was very inept, worthy of honorable mention in the world's dumbest crooks. Got caught and the bomb was not very well planned. That plus 2) the major oil spill on the Gulf Coast of Louisianna, that is threatening the entire east coast if they don't get it contained.It is the worst oil disaster in history.
We are entirely too self absorbed to worry about the rest of the world.
Your travels read like a book.
I would feel better to know that you reunited with Tyler.
I look forward to your posts and can't wait to see the photos and videos.
