Remember that old movie with Joh Cusak "The Sure Thing". That hand has been dealt to me. I must admit with my tennis elbow and all, my willpower is weak and dwindling away. I think you are doing the right thing. I mean you would never put spoiled milk back in the fridge and come back to find it is miraculously good again... Exes are pretty much the same way, once it's bad with them it is aways going to be bad.
