Honey bees are not native to the US. So, when they disappear from an area, native pollinaters move in to take their place. We just haven't tried to domesticate any of those yet.
Also, there are many food crops that do not require polination. Wheat, root vegetables, those will all be fine. It's mostly fruit non-native fruits, like oranges and peaces, that will be most hurt.
The "world" won't be without them. Peaches originally came from east asia, where their native pollinators should still be working, so we'll still be able to import peaches. At huge cost.
