So... how about a food/dish that you would like to make. Can be anything in the world, except something that you have made or eaten previously.

Call me strange, but ever since a special I saw on Animal Planet I have always wanted to try tarantula. Just to see if it really does taste like crab.

Ahh, the good old Thailand Edible tarantula... I don't think I could do it. My desire is a bit more mundane. I've never had beef wellington.
