My fencing lesson was Awesome! It was really informative for a first lesson, all about footwork and how to block. As I have always used a shanai, he's teaching me two-handed sword technique rather than actual one-handed fencing.Aparently, my only glaringly obvious bad habit is that I stick my elbows out too far

I've got that bamboo stick thing Wil used to keep, he gave it to me because he's leaving. I don't even know what it's called. What's the deal with you not being my friend anymore? Am I the only person that thinks that sucks? You should either take this sword from me or let me try to hit you with it.
