How to Defeat a MySpace Addiction (click me)
I did it by deleting my account. I don't think it was much of a problem to overcome that. Actually, I found myspace to be more annoying than anything else. I guess I don't want to find old friends from high school and college as much as I thought I would want to. Ah well...isolation and staying out of ( Read more... )

I was in Philly for a couple days after spinning at Dracula's Ball this past Halloween. When you go downstairs at the museum, there are these drawers that you can open up that have "things removed from peoples bodies" in them. I missed that because I didn't know they were there. The bad thing going on a Tuesday afternoon was being no museum staff around to tell you not to miss that cool stuff. The good thing however was being able to take pictures that you are not supposed to :D

Yeah I'm hoping that I might be able to get away with pictures while at the museum too. And I had seen somewhere that Zipperhead changed the name and moved but I never go past that to find out where it moved too...as usually something shinny probably distracted me and took my attention away from the work at hand. Right now I'm just focused on make sure I actually get up in the morning tomorrow so I can get NIN/Bauhaus tickets.

yeah I need to decide if I want to go to that show. I would like to see Bauhaus having never seen them but as you know I haven't liked anything NIN put out since Pretty Hate Machine so what it comes down to is wether or not I can justify the ticket cost to see Bauhaus and then just leave after they play.

I feel quite similar however since I haven't seen NIN since the David Bowie tour I'm willing to give it a try. And no matter what you do ticket prices are a bit out of control anyway and I saw that the high end of these are $55. Which I didn't think was terrible considering our Coldplay tickets were $56 (for the show here at the casino that sold out they were topped out at about $100 each) and the tickets for My Chemical Romance when they were in Hartford back in the fall were $35 a piece. One of the reasons I don't go to a lot of shows anymore is the price of tickets and I'd rather wait to go to something I really want to see to spend the money. The cheapest ticket I've bought in a couple of years are my tickets to see Alkaline Trio in April...they were $16.50 each. It sucks.
