as long as you don't do it for hernias, because it is documented that traditional surgery has much less complications down the road than smaller incisions do.

So, personally, I don't want you operating on my brain, while doing the macarena with tiny incisions drilled into my skull that will have more complications down the road than simply killing me, ya know?
