I have come to a conclusion about my life. It has always been about waiting. Waiting to be saved, or fixed. Waiting for a change. And I realize now that life is within my control. Dawn walked up the path to Avasa's cabin, enjoying the warm sunny day. She was ducking out on the sorority rush stuff, and what better way to do that than visiting him? Her feet crunched on the fallen leaves and small branches on the path, and she smiled, anticipating seeing him again, like she always did.

And as always, he was waiting for her, several meters in front of the cabin. Clean clothes, freshly shaven with a soft smile on his face.

"Hi," Dawn said, moving immediately to his arms and giving him a kiss. "How's my love?" she asked, hugging him tightly.

Slowly, Dawn opened her eyes as instructed. First she noticed the fire and the tealights everywhere, making it look like... Fairyland or something. Next she looked down at him. "Avasa? What's that?"
