Now that you've managed to stay until winter, here's some survival tips...

Well, the power outages are here again, seems like winter was less than four months ago! (I doubt we ever have a definitive 'spring')

Since I'm a nice person, I've decided to create a quick and easy, no hassle tip list on things not to do when you're stranded without power for days on end, in this little corner of hell paradise, western washington.

hehehehe, though it is helpful when they put the flares as markers for intersections, like they did with that one by AMPM last night, because I took the Silverdale Way route home last night because my car is like a hockey puck on an air hockey table (I rather like that analogy, I think I might publish it some day) and gets bitted and batted around by the slightest breeze, let alone 60mph ones, and I almost blew right through an intersection, because I wasn't familiar with the road and it was Really dark and my headlights Really suck. It was really funny though, because I slammed on my brakes, and there had been a bug (as in the car, not the insect) sitting there trying to turn left, and they were just waiting for my dumbass, apparently making bets on if I was actually going to decide to stop or not.

And on a better note my power didn't even flicker :P

Oh, and sorry for the lack of periods :P

Gym time tomorrow?

Yes... Though, it was windy last night too.
I didn't really notice much, drank too much vino (wine). My neighbors are moving, so we had a party, etc.

Yes, gym time tomorrow, what time do you want to leave to check out the OC gym? You said you wanted to this saturday, so yeah. Might as well use those taxes we paid for... :-P

damn them, I was looking at the times and it is only open from monday through friday... I dunno, we should still do something today though, even though I have ton of homework that I should be doing... Oh well, that's what Sunday's for ;)

Yep...

I have a paper to write on early chirstian art... Blargh. Though, at least they are not really hot on the idea of bleeding and suffering jesus every moment. :-P
Usually its' the 'XP' (greek P, so it's backwards) and some fishies for jesus lad.
Bzyantine art is pretty cool though, the empress ones at least are icon-fantastic, I'd put them in my house.
