You can also edit your startup programs by going to Start>>>Run>>>> and typing in "msconfig". Press enter and go to the startup tab. It's a little more confusing because the names are all like CTXFIHLP but if you look in the Command column it will tell you the location of each program and that should be enough to figure out what it is. That's only if you want to free up the 59kb your little program takes up!
