Anyway, I meant to update sooner and say how much I loved Gen's Christmas gift. She gave me a drop spindle and some cotton candy colored wool so that I can spin my own yarn. It is very awesome. I want to become really good, so that maybe I could start selling my own handspun yarn.
January term is coming to a close, and I'm really nervous about my chapbook that I'm supposed to have finished by then. It will be really cool to a have a chapbook after this is all over, but the process of finding which poems to put into it is nerve-racking. So far, there seem to be mini-categories which I have dubbed "body poems" "night poems" and "loss poems". All I have to do now is actually finish writing and editing my poems, figure out their order (especially which poem will be the first poem in the book), and figure out how I want the actual book to look. Yeah, I probably should be working on that now.
