Why did Cape Town feel creepy?
I'm just curious, I've been living here for 8 years and nothing creepy about it and I do all the touristy things all the time.
I get the unsafe part, that goes for any 3rd world country. But I've never been mugged or anything. I do hate the VAST amount of a beggars harassing you everywhere you go, it is horribly annoying and they are very insisting.
