I see so many stories centering around Steve not getting new technology in the 21st century...how about the reverse of that?

During WWII, interacting with all sorts of new technology - from Howard's inventions (weapons and otherwise) to things seized from Hydra, Steve got used to adapting to new technology.

While there were a few rough starts at first, Steve quickly grew on to new technology in the 21st century, both from his existing habit of adapting to new tech and just WWII super-soldier work ethic driving him to research and teach himself these things. Everyone keeps trying to explain things in simple terms only for him to get things immediately, sometimes even better than them.

Bonus if at one point, he even ends up helping someone else with something technological or fixes something for them.
