i'm pretty much sure i'm going to buy that laptop i mentioned earlier. i've borrowed it for the past couple days and like it pretty well. i went online and quoted the exact same one at dell and it came up with around $1300, and this one's only $950.
i just hate to spend $950 on something like that when i'd rather buy a plane ticket to hawaii for

hehe, good point. if only i could figure out the whether wireless is a possibility in my ancient house.

I don't see what the age of your house would have to do with wireless. Its really nice though, you should get it. You might want to play with location, try to find somewhere central to put the base station.
