I made the jazz band and the wind ensemble : ) Tuesday and Thursday nights are going to be rehearsal nights. Our concert hall is gorgeous, and is the most acoustically perfect hall on the east coast. I'm so excited.

but it's the easy version and sounds nothing like hte one we did for some reason...but yeah the music seems easy and i'll be sad if i don't make it in because my tone sucks on a shitty instrument...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME HAHAHA what are the chances of that?! yeah the other versions are like half notes basically. you beasted out the real version on bari so you are definitely going to make it. for my audition i brought my band music and the director pulled up Time After Time and had me play the first half of the soli. he goes by Dr. D, I always think of Dr. B when I say it. my wind rehearsals are tuesday and thursday nights, and jazz is thursday with some tuesday sectionals. sound familiar? haha. oh yeah and my sound is really closed on the shitty mouthpiece that came with my horn, but my director was able to realize that so it didn't matter. you'll be fine.
