Gratitude Thursday: Money and Bills

This has been a somewhat troubled week. I got a large bill I wasn't expecting, and I've been dealing not just with paying it, but making arrangements to make sure it doesn't happen again.

It may seem like a strange thing to be thankful for, having to pay a large sum of money all of the sudden, but the truth is I did have the money. And when I look

I try to remind myself to be grateful when paying bills, too, especially when I think back on the times I had to let some slide for a month or two, or juggle which ones got paid which month. The amazing thing is with all of that, the only real trouble I've faced is probably my credit score, no matter how I worried at the time that someone was going to knock on the door and take everything away.

I'm glad you had the money. I'm glad you've always had it when you need it. That is indeed something to be grateful for, especially when having a troubled week.
