[ all written in a separate non-magical journal.] Paradisa.

The very name implies that this is a paradise, one look at the land around and many would be fooled into thinking that it is, however it is anything but. It is an illusion, to trap the weak minded and hopeful into a false sense of security as it prays off them.

Why?

What purposes is there in gathering people different worlds, different times, and placing them here? Letting some go after a few short months only to keep others for years? It makes no sense. Why does it coddle them, gift them with whatever they please, then turn callous, cutting down loved ones before their eyes? Death no longer holds any meaning, any castle resident that is struck down returns to life after two weeks, fresh and clean as if nothing had happened, without any sort of consequence. It is unnatural, like so many other things that Paradisa holds; the passage of time, the changes of season and the lack of wildlife to name a few.

And any attempts to garner answers, or to understand the inner workings of this place, only delivers more questions.
