I just picked my daughter up from summer day camp. They made memory books today. One of the entries was:

Contribution to Doomspark's Poety Thread
I forgot to mention that I finally posted my limericks to doomspark's Wednesday poetry thread. They aren't much, but it's a start. Hopefully I'll get better with time. Maybe next time I will actually post my entry on Wednesday. -
About the kiddies
I am so tired. Stitch #2 was up all night with a temperature of 103. We brought him to our bed and he tossed and turned and kicked and stretched and chattered all night. His fever broke and he feels great now. I think it was because he just cut another tooth. He now has 3 pieces of teeth. He looks so cute. He'll look goofy when you can see this ( Read more... ) -
I'm hot!
We live in a building that doesn't switch the radiators over to air conditioning until Memorial Day. I left the blinds turned the wrong way when I left and the house is now 90 degrees. I can't wait until the sun goes down.
Hubby and Stitch #1 (our 5 year old daughter) went to the mall to look for the elusive briefcase. Stitch # 2 is sleeping. ( Description of Shopping Hell ) -
Sister-in-Law Update
My SIL and her donor are doing well. If nothing changes today, they will be going home tomorrow. We are all so happy. -
Good News!
My sister-in-law and her donor are out of surgery. All went well and they're expected to be in recovery for a few more hours. -

I have completed half of my Mother's Day tasks. I have picked out the cards for all of the mothers, grandmothers and god mothers in our family. I also got cards for all of my May birthdays. I now have to get gifts for the birthdays and the mothers. I also have to pick up something for my sister-in-law and her kidney donor. What do you get for ( Read more... )
