I look forward to seeing your recs! As it happens, I've read this one. I love historical fiction and it was an interesting setting for them -- not something I'd come across before. I've read the oil rig one as well but not Ludus, so thanks for the tip :)

I love historical fiction, too. Yes, I hadn't seen a fic with this particular setting either, in any fandom I've read in. I hope you end up liking Ludus, too.

Oh thanks, that's very kind, especially since it seems like I only manage to get a post out twice a month these days! I actually have stuff pending all the time, it's just getting the energy to write something up.
