I can't believe that moron. The writer of Irregular Webcomic might have just totally spoiled the ending of Harry Potter and The Deathly Gallows for me. He didn't post spoiler warnings or anything. I don't know how/why he has a pre-release copy, maybe they're releasing it early in Australia, but I don't care. I'm just going to cry

It's a joke. No, really. It is. I bet you a dinner that he hasn't actually seen the new Rowling book.

"...locked in mortal combat, and then they both fall over the Reichenbach Falls" is the "death" of Sherlock Holmes and Professor Moriarty, which is why they have both been successfully resurrected in so many sequels by so many writers. He's poking fun at that whole phenomenon.

He's known to have a wicked sense of humor, so yeah, I probably overreacted. But! Ok, I'll wait it out . . . He only made me want to pre-order it so I can read it before anyone spoils it for me.
