I am a Splinter Cell...

Finished playing Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory last night. Though i think it's this morning. It was 3:00 a.m. so you've to judge for yourself. Anyway, the game is amazing. When I bought it, I'd been expecting another FPS without any variety. Couldn't be more wrong

Splinter Cell was rocking - I'm quite waiting for Chaos Theory as well. :)

However, disagree with Halo being in the same league. I felt Halo was markedly inferior in gameplay and general interest generation after a point in the game. The end just dragged on and on..

I'm not sure. When I first approached Halo, I didn't know what to expect. Of course the graphics are not on the same par as HL2, etc.

But I think the really big factor which hooked me onto Halo was that I started playing it using the huge projector in our office. Now when you see the ring stretching that high and that wide...

Though I don't think I'd rank Halo that high if I came to it after playing all of these games. It kind of occupies a niche, I guess.

The concept was decent and so were the graphics. Initially, I was quite wowed. But after finishing it, I just didn't get the same satisfaction as with Splinter Cell, Deus Ex or Matrix Revolutions.
