NOTIFICATION
I hereby announce that I condemn CI YAOI - http://community.livejournal.com/ci_yaoi - for what they are doing. They steal download links and files from scanlation groups, post and reshare the files without permission from the groups. They have no respect whatsoever to the people who buy the books, scan and translate those projects.
I condemn them and I won't have anything to do with them. I don't tolerate such actions. I hereby state that I am not a member of CI YAOI community and I will never steal from any scanlation groups without permission.

I wasn't planning on posting anything today, but I decided to do this now before I forget about it.
BL scanlation groups are becoming more demanding each day...
Well, with groups like CI Yaoi around, it's somehow understandable.
It really makes me have second thoughts about translating BL manga...
I actually have plans to do so, but I'm still thinking about it.
I really should focus more on Zone-00.

On February 24, 2012, a famous Cosplay AV (adult video) maker called TMA will release a different type of DVD where the two lead actors are male. It's going to be BL Cosplay AV --- featuring characters from Tiger & Bunny (Barnaby/Kotetsu) and Hakuouki (Okita/Saitou).

I'm curious as to how the BL fangirls will react to this... And to which audience will this actually sell? Well, I probably wouldn't mind buying this just to check it out, but that's if I can get easy access to it. But it really makes me wonder... how was the production team able to decide the series and the pairings for this? Did they check BL fanarts (pixiv?) or did they conduct a survey? Perhaps they tried their luck on 2chan? Or maybe a part of their staff are actually interested in this?
P.S. It makes me really happy that Kotetsu bottoms, haha.
