I was tired and had a headache so went to bed soon after dinner- 7:30.  I wake up thinking it's probably the usual 4:30 or so that I've been waking up at lately.  Oh no, it's just after 12!!!

Ah yes, but after getting up at 12 I went back to bed about 1:30 for another 4 hours- why couldn't it be all at once?!?

As for tonight- bed at 9:30 up at 3:15. About to go back to bed again too
