A couple of cards with the intention of being for Father's Day. I had thought one would be for my Dad and the other for the bf's dad, but I really don't like how the second one turned out.
Thanks for the comments Jess *hugs* I think what bugs me about the three tags card is the white leaf, might have to see about trying to colour it cream to match the background of the stamped part. Using html code copy and pasted from Photobucket, but even putting the links for each one separately didn't change anything, which I hoped it might.
I personally tend to use <* img src="url here" * /> (remove the *'s) which posts the full-size images rather then the linked thumbnails. The codes Photobucket provides have a lot of extra formatting built in and the more code there is, the more chance for it to go wrong (in my experience anyway).
I mainly post the thumbs so the page doesn't take that much longer to load, and have never had a problem with the codes for message boards, can only think it's something to do with the html codes... Thanks for the suggestion anyhoo
I love acorns... When I was a little girl there were these two huge acorn trees in our yard and we used to make necklaces every autumn. Acorns always remind me of my childhood.
You're good, making all your cards! I can see that changing in the future though... : )
I remember having acorns around when I was living in Victoria, but can't remember if we had an oak tree at any of the places we lived, or if it was at a school or something.
Oh yes, very good, when they're late! I'm busily trying to catch up with cards from the year. I'm almost to the point where I'm caught up and can start getting ahead with birthday cards, before the Xmas onslaught. Then there's the thought of the baby announcement cards...
When I copy/paste from Photobucket, I usually go to the end of the first code, press the delete key once (the second line of code usually moves up) then press the space bar once. The second line of code usually moves to it's original position, but you get rid of the 'hard return' that makes the second line of code appear under the first. *blink* Does that make sense?

Are you using html code to post the pictures, or the 'insert picture' button on the update page, or copying and pasting the code from Photobucket?
