I saw Rent last night. In addition to being an incredibly fabulous movie, it also managed to touch me emotionally in a way that I don't think a movie ever has before. I laughed at the funny bits, smiled for most of it, and sobbed at the sad parts. For a movie to make me teary happens only about once every 154 years, yet last night I was full on ( Read more... )

Sadly, that's entire true. Life often has no passion in it. Do you think that perhaps that we all somehow fail to find something to truely and passionately believe in? Enough to want to fight for it? Or just simply be passionate just for the sake of being passionate?

Maybe that's why we write and read, act and go to the theatre, play and listen to music. . . to feel, to experience some form of passion?

I loved that movie too! It's hard to do justice to a musical like that, but somehow it happend :D!
