I never understood the getting back with an ex thing. How could you forget how they hurt you? I wouldn't forgive it...people are retarded.

I think that's a pretty harsh statement; I don't know the situation but I think a lot of the time people are able to forgive and get over what happened in the past because they love the person enough. People make mistakes and everyone does from time to time
It definitely isn't a good idea all the time though, that's for sure...

That's true...I'm pretty sure this dude will always be in love with this girl because he's an idiot. She broke up with him last year after dating for like...well a few months..then she started dating someone else pretty soon after and he was still in love with her...and she kept like flirting with him and making him miserable..and they had the same friends so he would always see her...it was just a bad situation. I don't know how to together they are now but enough so that they are together on facebook, haha.

This is the dude I went on a date with last year...I think there are angry lj entries about it. Anyway...I thought he was an idiot then because he didn't get over her...and I think he's an idiot now for getting back together with her, because I'm pretty sure she will just keep hurting him. He really hated her for a while during the summer I think...but who knows...some people you just can't forget about even if they have hurt you, right?
