Road to Avonlea Theme:
Sara Stanley:
Is a fun-loving girl from Montreal, She is always getting into mischief, and loves romance. She always has fun matchmaking, and goofing around with her cousins. She loves adventure, and is always getting herself into some sort of fun.
Felicity King:
Is Sara's cousin and the oldest of the King siblings. She wants to grow up, and can be somewhat bossy.
She is a little like Meg from Little Women when she gets older, and falls in love with Gus the Lighthouse keeper.
Felix King:
Is Felicity's prank-playing little brother. He enjoys annoying his older sister Felicity. When he gets older he wants to join the army.
Cecily King:
One of the more complicated characters.... She starts out really sweet and shy, then after she gets tuberculosis (and recovers) she becomes more outspoken (although still sweet and sensitive)
Hetty King:
Is aunt to Sara, Felicity, Felix and Cecily. She is strict, and the stereotype "tough-school teacher", she doesn't like change. But she does have a soft-spot.
Alec King: Is father to Felicity, Felix, and Cecily. He is a farmer, and is also a peacemaker in the family.
Janet King: Is Alec's wife. She can get stressed easily. But cares about her kids. She is also independent.
Olivia King: is Hetty's sister. She is sweet, and carefree.
