On closer inspection the controlled elimination diet I'm starting tomorrow is going to be SUPERAWESOMEFUN!
I can eat:
parsnips, sweet potatoes, carrots, courgettes, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, lettuce, cucumber, avocados, persimmon, pears, cashew nuts and macadamia nuts.
I can drink only bottled water, and camomile tea.
That's it.
