When the longing’s gone
The night is a hush, merry wind breathes on
And rain, pats gently on leaf lawn
When the longing’s gone.
In a cozy room
The soul is a smile, reasons to presume
And want, for someone yet to bloom
In a cozy room.

To think, you're doing better than me. :-/
lol But that poem was really good...almost "quaint", I would say. I love your poetry... :) Your journal always makes me feel like I'm stepping into an old book. Ahhh...I love that feeling. :-) Only, I'm sure I don't know exactly what this one was about as it relates to you personally...hm...
I'll be sending Hannah an e-mail about you all coming over in a minute - we REALLY need to catch up!! I really miss you both. ::puppy face+hugs::

I'm very glad you like it. I was very tempted to "unpost" it when I reread it, but when I read your comment, I decided not to. :)
I wrote it Sunday night after the Kincaid's had left (they came over for supper--wonderful time!).
Welp, I have some news, you decide if it’s bad or good. I’m sick, so I won’t be coming tomorrow to see you guys : /. But the rest of the family is doing swell, so I’m sure you guys will have a *blast*!
Love,

Ah, anyways. I just sent that last e-mail to you {from Hannah's e-mail}, so am feeling a little loopy, if you could imagine that. ;) And at the moment Hannah is writing something on my face with a pen, something probably like, "I love ----". Oh, don't worry it's one of her favorite pastimes. Opps, I guess the pen isn't working too well. "Hannah, don't push so hard!" ::rolls eyes::
Well, I hope you've enjoyed yet another exciting episode of "A Day in the Life of a Sister Who Has a Sister who is Really Annoying".
(Yikes, now she's mad, and stabbing at my ear.) :/ Seriously.
Don't worry.
I'll survive. Somehow. ;]

So wonderful to get you little comment tonight, as I've been rather discouraged. :)
How have you been doing?
I'm not sure if you noticed, but I "unfriended" (boy, that sounds so serious!) you a while back, and I forgot to tell you! I had been feeling like I'd been spending too much time on LJ, so I knew I had to cut my friends list again. :/ Now, since only a few on my friends list actually write, I only spend a few minutes a day on LiveJournal, which has helped family life to run much more smoothly.
I do hope you understand. I have been missing hearing about your newest nanny jobs. By the way, how it that going? Are you working as a nanny still? I think from last I knew, you were working for that family where you had to ride the bus to get to their house. (Maybe I'm wrong?) I would really like to hear about what you're doing now! :)
I basically haven't been writing anything on LJ (but, oh, how I'd love to!), and I

Well, I love you and pray you're doing well!

PS. Oh, yeah! I totally forgot to tell/ask you about something. Uh, I'm not sure if you remember, but in June I went to a 2 week Worldview camp, and while I was there, my sister, Hannah, told our LJ friends to send me love letters that were suppose to look like they were from a bunch of guys. Well, it seems I remember getting one really sappy one from you (with a poem). I thought it was from you since there was a stamp that said "Canada" on it. Was that from you? Because if it was--oh, that was just too funny!!! :D Lol!
(And if you didn't send that to me, just forget this whole "PS" thing! ;P)

Yeah, I noticed you unfriended me... but I thought it was because I unfriended you or something. In the summer, when I started working here, I had a lot less time, and ended up taking more than half of the people I originally had on my list off. Oh well!
Yup, I'm working as a nanny still... I've even gone to Texas and met some online friends. ;0) Could you email me your mailing address? It might be more interesting/fun etc. to "talk" about it all through snail mail :-)
