I don't buy Funko Pop figurines
I don't quite get the cultural obsession with the big headed Funko Pop figurines. I find them cute. I like reading about new special edition ones or whatnot. I like standing in front of them in the store and recognize some odd ones. I even considered buying one or the other. Fanfiction writing vagaries
You know, in Russian there are phrases about stating the obvious or rediscovering something well-known: "To discover America" and "to re-invent the bicycle". Always Be My Maybe
I watched, finally Always Be My Maybe. And it was nice. It’s pretty much what I want from romantic comedies: characters that feel alive (bonus for being closer to my age) and have good chemistry, not only of romantic kind, but a friendly one, and familial one. When you find perfect songs for the fanvids and then realize:
1) you have no idea how to make fanvids and no time to learn that skill
2) it’s only going to be amusing for you and maybe another couple of dozen people, because it’s old Russian kids’ songs and nobody cares. -
