taxes!

i just received a $32,000 tax bill for my 2006 taxes.  apparently the $880 that glenn brown paid me showed up at the irs as $88,000 and they're not pleased that i didn't claim it.  it was nice of them to wait a year and a half before letting me know.

interesting... because 2 weeks or so ago I got a bill for $11,000 for my 2006 taxes. it must be a new scheme for the government to make money: send out bills for outrageous amounts, and wait for someone to actually pay what they "owe." good luck with that...
