Well, I do have some advice, though it might not work. Personally, it I think it works incredibly well for myself, thus my life, however we are not discusing me right now.
Try not caring so much about the bullshit that is upsetting you so much. That probably might be a bit difficult in your situation at the moment, but you might as well give it a shot, what do you have to lose anyway?
