[Caesar just so happens to be heading toward the stables between house 42 and Community Building 7 today. After a comment his brother made the other day, he thought he'd try visiting the horses sometime on his own.

...'try' being the keyword, of course. If there's something to prevent him from getting there, he is totally willing to take that distraction.

Fortunately, that is when he spots Nu... drawing or something. He stops in his little journey to the stables and walks over. He watches her draw, but doesn't really say anything.]
