[So, there's nextgen_hokage walking around when he catches sight of her doing her thing up against that tree. She seemed to be kinda sad, and it was pretty cold out, right? So why wasn't she dressed for it? She must be stupid. That's the only reason why. Unless she was trying to commit suicide from being so sad.]
[At the sound of that voice, the little Murakumo looks up. Was he talking to her? ...Probably, given that she didn't see anyone else around.]
...Nu is... resting. [Her voice is a bit hoarse as she speaks, almost like she's straining to get her voice out. Other than that, though, it's just as mechanic-sounding as usual.]

[Brooke is taking a break and is out for a walk when she notices a small figure huddled up at a tree not terribly far from the clinic. It doesn't take her long to notice that one: it's cold out, and two: this girl is wearing a sundress, which is hardly appropriate for this time of year. On coming a bit closer for a better look-and actually disregarding the weird eye at least for now; she's seen some odd things before-Brooke notices that the girl looks even younger than her friend Sara.
So, a small child...in little more than a sundress...out in the cold. There's all kinds of just plain wrong in that.]
[action 2/2]adoridelabunNovember 28 2010, 17:35:15 UTC
Whoa, hey, are you okay out here like this?
[Brooke isn't even waiting for an answer. She's already pulling her coat off, and intending to hang it over Nu before trying to take the girl inside somewhere. Probably the clinic, since it's fairly close and there is the possibility that she'll need some attention if she was out here too long...]
[That was... kind of unexpected, but ν-13 certainly won't do anything about Brooke hanging her coat over her. Something warmer than her little sundress is definitely nice right about now.]
...Affirmative. Nu is... fine. [She sounds a bit hesitant about her answer, though, and her voice is hoarse - and mechanic-sounding, but that's probably not quite as important right now.]

[Ignoring the fact that her voice sounds robotic because no, that really isn't anything to worry about right now. The hesitation and hoarseness, however, are noticed because they likely mean that she is unsure about her answer and probably already feeling unwell.] Okay, well, Nu won't be for long if she stays outside like this. Come on, let's get you inside where it's warm so you won't get too sick.
[Brooke tries pulling ν-13 up to her feet so she can lead the way. Or, if the latter is incapable, unwilling, or otherwise not going to move on her own, Brooke will even try picking her up and carrying her, because getting her out of the cold is kind of important.]
[Have no fear, Nu, for there is a Litchi here! After spotting the small girl on her way out of the house, she made a quick run back into the living room to grab the blanket from the couch before heading out towards the tiny girl hurriedly.
She's so preoccupied with wrapping her up in a blanket once she reaches her that Litchi doesn't even notice that weird right eye. Get her somewhere warm, that's more important. Her tone is thick with worry.]
[Oh, a blanket! That's definitely nice right now. Better than only having her sundress to keep her warm, that's for sure.]
...Nu is fine. Nu was... merely resting. [Her voice is a bit hoarse and she sounds a little hesitant, though. And yes, she's dodging that second question. Mostly because... she honestly hasn't been keeping track of exactly how long she's been outside.
...This person seems oddly familiar, for some reason. Hmm.]
[Now that Yuber has his body back, he's lurking around trying to find where Nu may have wandered off to so they could continue their trip to the mountains that got interrupted.
Of course, he's not expecting to find a kid, he's expecting to see her in her body or Noel's body so he's just walking by the little 10 year old.]
[...Well, that's... convenient. Considering she and Noel switched back, it wouldn't be unreasonable to guess that Yuber and Vash might have switched back as well by now - and here's the former passing by. Looks like she's not going to have to search for him later.
Though just to be safe, she's not going to say anything just yet; rather, she's going to carefully follow the demon for a little bit until she can make sure it's actually him and not Vash, fatigue be damned. At least having her hovering ability back means she can rely on that for a little while to make this a bit less tiring for her.]
[And when he starts to look around, the little Murakumo just pretends to not be doing anything out of the ordinary.
...Except she still occasionally glances toward him, trying to figure out if that's him or... well, Vash. She's having more trouble with this than she should, really.]
[WHAT. Why is there a little girl in the snow? generalflirt can't morally allow something like this. Thus, once (s)he spots it, girlsaomi heads on over to the dejected silver-haired wonder because, well, (s)he should see if they're okay.
...Also assume she's still in a too big white hoodie and the hair is more blonde but the dark brown roots might be showing by now]
Are you lost?
[That seems as good of place as any to hesitantly start as Kida bounds on over]
[And in response to that question, all the silver-haired girl does is turn to look at Kida and shake her head.]
...Negative. [The voice and manner of speech probably sound familliar, though - while her voice's a little higher-pitched, it's nearly the same as it would normally be.]
...Who... are you? [There's something familiar about this person, but she can't seem to actually match a name to her right now. Maybe it's someone else who's affected by the experiment?]

In the snow? [Even though her voice sounded weird, he's attributing that to the cold. That makes sense, right?]

Affirmative. [It's just for a little while. Or until she stops feeling so fatigued, anyway.]

So this is Nu, eh? That certainly explains a lot. But she can't just leave the girl out here; especially with that hoarse voice. Is she getting sick?
Litchi shakes her head.]
You can rest somewhere warmer, Nu. It's too dangerous out here in the cold. Come here, I can make you some tea.
[Back to House 48, missy. :| March.]

Where...? [A temporary stay somewhere would probably be fine, but... she really wants to get back to her apartment soon.]
