Are... there any veterinarians or healers in the proximity of Community Building 6?

Nu has... found a feline in need of medical assistance.

[Of course Litchi can treat cats. Just look at the Kaka Village and Kokonoe.]

...It was. The feline was... thrown from one of the upper floors of the building. [And if what she'd heard from that feed is right, it was actually thrown from the highest floor, of all things. Certainly explains its injuries, at least...]

Negative. But... It was likely a resident of this building. [And unless they somehow got a lot more people on the upper floors while she was at the item shop, that only leaves a small handful of people, if she recalls correctly.

...A pity she never really bothered to check who else lives in the building, or it'd be a lot easier to figure out who the hell that person was.]
