This is a very interesting story, I think most mpreg stories don't really take into account that it could be too big a shock for the "mother" for him to feel that a baby is a cool thing to have (though to be honest I don't really read all THAT much mpreg). I think it'd have been even cooler if Brendon had actually gone through with the adoption, I've never read a story where a boy gets pregnant and then doesn't keep the baby.

But this was a nice read, thanks :)

I just couldn't make him go through with the adoption because I wanted too much for Brendon to have to raise a kid just as obnoxious as he was. Maybe somewhere there's an alternate ending where he gives it up, but I don't know.

I never did either! In fact, I'm pretty sure that lady_stargazer's was my very first. Without her meta discussion of it, I never would have written mine.

Thank you. I just couldn't imagine a boy genuinely wanting to have a baby in that sort of situation. Part of me wanted to have Brendon go through with giving up the baby, but in the end, I wanted him to actually have to raise it, too. I hope male pregnancy is impossible, because yikes.

This was great! I think you captured the doubts of new parents very well (especially the ones of two boys! heh) and handled the improbability of mpreg with great dialogue and fun(ny) situations. :)
