Road Spikes in Tucson

Some lowlife decided that for some sport, they'd put large metallic spikes in the roadways about town. The spikes were apparently made from large steel bolts and designed to be set in the access holes in manhole covers. From the information the Sheriff's Department sent to the county snd city agencies, at least fifty vehicles have been damaged and
