Sometimes we get caught up with our everyday lives; routines and endless shuffling through the nothingness that is the majority of our days causes us to forget about asking how the people we care for are doing.

It's a simple question, really.

"How are you doing?"Most of the time, it's the simple answer that is the most disappointing thing to hear
