I ate two kinds of tofu tonight, 'braised' and 'boiled then covered with green onion.' I'm not totally sure what the process of braising entails, only that it is applied to eggs, and in the meantime, toss in some tofu while you're at it and walla! you are golden; thumbs-up sign

I'm glad they were dressed for Halloween and not Christmas. Seeing Christmas decorations everywhere now makes me sad.
