First time seeing it in a while

So we've been here for a while ... and I never took the chance to simply appreciate my surroundings. Last night, I forgot how beautiful the milky way can be when there's no lights around you. You couldn't see it on the cruise ship, since the lights were always on, but here on the island, in total darkness, it's really beautiful.

Well, technically, it is from another world! We're just observing it.

I used to see the milky way when I went up to the mountains as a kid, but it's been a very long time since I did that again.

Ah, I meant it is as though our view was coming from another planet~ <3 It is amazing how vast and beautiful space is... and how insignificant anything on this planet is by comparison. It becomes difficult to be overly concerned about most of life's worries when you put it in perspective.

How wonderful~ <3 The last I did was when I was camping, as well.

Yeah, I really want to, but I don't know if that will trouble him or something ... wish I could just give him the milky way without him having to get up.
