I went to the Cleveland Indians game on Friday night, my first ballgame in about three years. I enjoy watching baseball live, even if I don't follow any one team the way I once did, and I didn't know any of the players' names until I got there

Oh my god. This made my baseball-loving heart just go pitter-patter and I'm welling up because yes, YES, this is so awesome. I just love this. She's my hero now, and I'm so happy she got to represent all of us girls who dreamed of playing on our hometown major league field. <3
