today was a crazy hill workout and i've never felt better about doing repeats before. it's weird. i think my mindset was finally like ok you can get through this. we did 12 hills and i feel like i put in the same effort for every single one of them. normally during repeats, the middle ones are a little slower so that you can last until the end. but ( Read more... )
