ahhh. this vacation is exaclty what i needed to get myself back to where i was before. morally, physically and mentally. i haven't drank once since i've been home which is great, and i've started running again, even if it has been scattered.i definitly think i've lost weight, even if it is a little negligible and i'm still no where near in the
