There's a really great documentary about North Korea that I've seen a few times. It's called A State of Mind. Some British dudes got the countries cooperation in following around 2 girls as they train for the mass games, which is that huge celebration thing with the signs and little kids. I downloaded a few copies on the internet but they were dubbed and subtitled in french. The only other place I could find it was blockbuster. You should check it out.

hey! yeah! i will. i think the mass games are great and super entertaining. and kind of on the "oh man look what this country makes their citizens do." in a downer kind of tone.
