For example, my neighbors, who we all know enjoy playing in the street at all times, have their basketball hoop in the gutter facing the center of the street and they play using the street as a court. Now they have a driveway, and even a fenced in yard, but lets actually enourage the kids to play out in the street instead.

You made me laugh. Even though I have 2 kids, I totally agree with what you're saying. I found you through search=random. When I was a kid I was more afraid of my parents killing me for playing in the street then of getting hit by a car. People should either watch their kids or move to the country. In the "sticks" they play on the road b/c they don't wanna get hit by a tractor. NE way funny post. I'll have to check on you here and there to see what you're up to.
