I love my Job at Bennigans... It is my sanctuary, my place to go and get away from it all. When I go to work I know I can be happy. The people there are incredible, they are so laid back and non-judgmental ... my kind of people. No matter what mood I have ever been in I go into work and everything goes away

Lauren, you can't not use that job as an outlet from your responsibilities. You knew a long time ago, through many discussions, that if you did not keep your grades up that you would not be allowed to work. You had to prove that you could juggle a job, a school career, and a social life, and not let one slip.

We all want you to be happy, but we also don't want you working at Bennigen's forever because you didn't get an education or didn't get into a good college because you didn't get the necesary grades. You must understand the importance of that. (This comment is directed at LAUREN'S situation to make a point only, please don't read into it and think it means something it doesn't.)

Lauren we have talked many times about your need to focus, but you are just like me and you have way to many irons in the fire. Take this as opportunity to prove you can do what needs to be done and then you can work again.

Remember everything happens for a reason.
