As I sit here savoring the taste of my Pear, my favorite fruit in the world, I realize how happy it makes me. The few moments I spend preparing it makes the taste all the sweeter. There is nothing like feeling the sharp knife diving into soft surface, feeling the knife tremble slightly as its slicing and making its way into and out of the grainy,
