For all I complain about University I sure do get lazy the second it finishes. I haven't done much except read 'The Red Queen' by Matt Ridley and 'Superior Saturday' by Garth Nix since I finished my exams last month. Also I have clocked up an insane number of hours on Final Fantasy 12 and still have exactly no feeling of accomplishment because it ( Read more... )

Well done for clocking up all those hours on FFXII. I've put it down for a while. And since I'm about to leave the country sans PS2, it'll probably stay down for a long time!
Oh, and you're totally right about being nice to the dorks can make them attracted to you. Often no one else is. I am ashamed to say I used this little trick at school to full advantage.
And well done on the 2:1! w00t!

Thanks, its more so I can feel like I got my money's owrth out of the game though. Maybe I'll have to unlock Yizmat and see how it goes.

As for the dorks thing I don't have anything against them, its just I think its so sad that society is so judgemental of people just because of their hobbies and interests and treats them subhuman because of it. I always try and treat people as how I would like to be treated, it is much easier than being nasty just because someone is different.

If people weren't so cruel I think everyone would be happier, so don't be ashamed, make the most of what you have got. We all have to.

I can't be too tough on dorks - I am one! Spending my time gaming, bitching online about Power Rangers/Sentai etc. No contest! :D Although I don't smell, don't look funny and am happily married, so maybe only half dork?

You're right though, and I try to treat others as I wish to be treated also.

It rings a vague bell, I'll have to go re-watch a bunch of Kabuto eps but I think I know what you mean. I wish there would be something more obvious though.

Well, his character is pretty much Yaguruma without the ZECT "let's be a hive" mentality. XD

If only he'd visit a Hot Topic. Come on Miu, you're his fangirl...

At least we saw him in a highschooler uniform. XD

I wish they'd do more with Hiroto, so far all we've seen him do is criticize, develop a grudging respect for the go-ongers and save Miu.

But their similarities it makes me want to write a fic where we see Yaguruma find redemption, changes his name to Hiroto and manages to attract a crazy fangirl named Miu who decides he's the older brother she never had but always wanted.
