Glad you like it. It's from the Ressurection of Ra's Al Ghul arc that ran through all of the Batman titles about a year and a half ago. Internet tells me that it's from Nightwing #139.
I don't want to spoil it for you, because if you're a fan of Dick and Tim being brotherly, then you should definitely read that issue (the rest of the arc isn't really worth it, but that issue is sweet).

Couldn't find it online, but it's from an issue of Teen Titans where Kid Flash, Aqualad, Wondergirl, and Robin are each unching they're mentors on the cover. There's also this:
