A...a girl named Sakura, a healer, she told me that there were...experiments and stuff that people could do to find out where someone's chip it. Do you know how to do them, or...or who I need to talk to for that?

More like a search than anything else... It's to narrow down the list of possible locations, and there's no real way of determining if it'd actually be found on the attempt.

A willing doctor can do it, or anybody else with the necessary skills.
